What is 'The Primary Plan'?

By gathering data from vaious conservative scorecards, America First Republican voters will be able to vote out the non America First Republicans. Given a critical mass of users using the Primary Plan, no amount of money can affect the primary challenges. The Primary Plan can also be used as leverage to let elected officials know that they will be primaried and will lose.
