Given a critical mass of users using the Primary Plan, no amount of money can affect the primary challenges.
The Primary Plan can also be used as leverage to let elected officials know that they will be primaried and will lose.
Fail on the scorecard? Don't fight the corrupt? Aren't America First? You are primaried!
